Fabric made with 98% polyester and 2% carbon fiber, with 19,000 carbon fiber filaments per square inch, allowing a change of the charge of 5000 volts to 50 volts at 0.01 seconds, provides a barrier against bacteria, fungi or particles and allows transmission of the evaporation body which makes it more comfortable, has little possibility of resisting detachment of lint more than 100 washed and sterilization cycles.
The boots from the forefoot area to the leg are the same fabric as the rest of the uniform and adjust with ribbons or brooches.
Description
FEATURES:
The fabric has a minimal particle production also provides a barrier against the production of viable contaminants since contain antimicrobial materials.
Manufacture according to standard FED STD 751 – A of the FDA:
- Seams no more permeable than the fabric itself.
- Sewing is point and is hidden.
- Together hidden by a double seam point.
- Folded edges and double stitched sewn (Invisibles).
- Clasps, snaps, labels and other details are compatible with the fabric and have the same specifications required sterilization fabric.
- Resistant to multiple sterilization by autoclave.
USES:
- Automotive assemblers paint area.
- Companies manufacturing computers, computer cards, cell phones, CDs or video tapes.
- Where there are potential discharges of static.
- Laboratories pharmaceutical chemists, since they eliminate any interference with monitoring equipment or diagnosis.
